Day 96 - Meditate

Sunday, April 7, 2013

Spend some time meditating and unwinding the week’s events.

How is your overall focus on your challenge?

Are you clear on what you have accomplished during the challenge?

What improvements or progressions have you made to your initial strategic plan?

Are you clear on the high impact activities that drive the best results?

Where do you wish to go next after the challenge?

Day 95 - Stand your ground

Saturday, April 6, 2013

Fight to achieve goals you believe in. Stand your ground in the face of adversity. Challenge yourself to do more than you think you are capable of. Achieve more than you think is possible. Keep your feet firmly planted on the ground when it comes to achieving your goals.

The winds may blow heavily against you, however, maintain your resolve. Dig deep when things get tough, as long as your goals mean something to you, the roots are deep. You must always find a way to overcome obstacles. Many people have faced the same type of adversities you are facing, and they found a way to overcome, you can too.

Give it all you have these remaining days. If you have not gained clarity in achieving your goals, you are likely facing too many obstacles that you have not been able to overcome. You can’t cave in, you have to put up a real fight to overcome these obstacles. With persistence and desire, you can renew your energy to sustain in the struggle to achieve your goals. Use the deep power inside you to triumph!

Day 94 – Get personal

Friday, April 5, 2013

The quest to achieve your goals should be a personal journey. Humans throughout time have mastered their destiny with fewer resources, you can too, the possibilities are endless. Make accomplishing your goals a personal quest to fulfill your obligation to the planet that gave you life. It took billions of years of evolution out of random chaos to give you this opportunity of a lifetime - seize the moment.

Ask yourself the tough questions that matter in your heart. How will achieving your goals help your family? How will accomplishing your goals change your quality of life? Is it personal enough to hit in your gut? Is it worth moving every mountain in your way, including the huge mental mountains that hold you back.

As a human being, it’s your universal birthright to master your destiny. You’ve read and witnessed people fulfilling their dreams in life. It’s your turn to do the same, join the ranks of those that are mastering their destiny.

Day 93 – The obvious

Thursday, April 4, 2013

In the heat of the challenge, there’s always something obvious that is missed in the moment. Relax and break down your plans from start to finish, and determine the obvious thing you may have overlooked. With a calm mind and sustained focus, go over any basic things you failed to take into consideration.

Find the gold mine inside your mind. Retrieve that precious information locked inside of you that you failed to apply earlier. Concentrate and focus on any neglected material which could help you achieve your goals.

It’s something so obvious that you will probably want to kick yourself. Find the obvious thing that can make a significant difference!

Day 92 – Retrieve your greatness

Wednesday, April 3, 2013

You may not recall, but a long time ago, you were a fearless warrior. As a baby that is, you ventured out into a brand new world where you had to adapt to your unfamiliar surroundings. As you tried to stand up or walk, you failed many times, but continued till you triumphed.

To ride a bike, you had to overcome obstacles too, but you knew it was a rite of passage so you persisted. You were destined to do certain things that were expected of you, so you did it. Things expected of all kids in society, and you succeeded in progressing step by step. Tap into the same youthful greatness and zeal, and accomplish goals that bring real meaning to your life.

Retrieve your youthful greatness to persist despite obstacles in your way. Challenges have been in your way before, the difference is that when you were younger, you allowed nothing to stand in your way. Adopt the same mindset now, retrieve the greatness of your formative years to succeed at all costs.

Day 91 - Scorecard

Tuesday, April 2, 2013

With 10 days to go to finish the 100 day challenge, why not score yourself early. Give yourself an honest, early scorecard. Rate yourself on effort, overall performance and creativity. Did you really give it all you had inside? Did you push yourself to the limit? Grading ourselves has been ingrained in us since our early days of schooling - use it to your advantage.

Assess where you are as far as your goals are concerned. Were there some goals that you should have accomplished no matter what? What area did you let yourself down in? Where could you have done more? Can you truly walk away saying that you did your very best.

If your results are something to be proud of, keep up the good work! On the flip side, those that are disappointed with their performance still have time. Take these last days to change behavior and apply yourself for the biggest finish possible. You still have time to adjust and get well on track for days beyond the challenge.
