Inside the second month of your 100 day mental workout challenge. Are you winning the battle to achieve your goals? Take time to analyze the results, make sure you are going in the right direction. Sometimes it’s easy to look busy and get plenty of tasks done in a timely fashion, but are we really doing the right tasks. Is what you are doing bringing measurable results?

Doing the wrong tasks with all your effort is not going to bring the results you desire. We certainly don’t want you doubling the intensity on the wrong activities. Burnout comes with plenty of effort, but no noticeable results. One most identify the most vital activities that yield the best measurable results then focus attention on doing more of it.

There’s truth to the saying that 80% of your success may come from 20% of your activities. It’s wise to recognize the important activities that produce the most results, then allocating laser like focus on getting the most out of it. Identify what brings the best results, then do more of it with double intensity.

Day 59 - Master your Destiny

Could you possibly have been born not to master your true destiny? Does that make any sense at all to you, that you should be born not to accomplish the goals you desire. You have all the power inside you to accomplish whatever you set your heart and mind on. The only think that can stop you is you.

Don’t’ be small minded in an infinite universe. There’s no limit to what you can achieve in this world until you stop trying. If you stop pursuing your goals, then chances are high that you will never achieve them. If you don’t pursue your goals with all the power inside you, then your chances are fairly slim.

To master your destiny, you have to think universal. You have to believe wholeheartedly that mastering your goals would be mastering your universe. Your world ought to consist of you achieving your goals. Others have mastered their goals, why shouldn’t you? Believe with heart and mind that you can master your destiny to live an abundant life. Program your mind for self-belief to master your destiny!

Strive to accomplish even more now than when you started. Shoot for the moon, dream you can achieve even more than you previously expected. Ambition is a powerful force. It persuades your mind to work around the clock delivering ideas right to your doorstep. Opportunity will surely knock, you just have to open the door, in other words open your mind.

Believe you have the power and drive to achieve your goals. Become entitled about achieving your goals. After all, you are a human being on planet Earth, you’ve conquered the world thanks to the devotion and dedication of your ancestors. They sacrificed a great deal to provide you the opportunity of advanced life in an advanced species.

The power of the human species lies within you. Tap into it, dig deep inside and unearth the tremendous will power and internal drive to achieve your goals. Master your life’s purpose to achieve your wildest imagination. Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you still wind up amongst the stars.

Influence says a great deal. Are you influencing those around you? Do people commend you on your passion and enthusiasm for pursuing your goals? That’s wonderful if you have a personality that is naturally outgoing or extroverted, perhaps you have natural charisma too. However, what if you are introverted. Some of the world’s most foremost inventors and highly successful people have also been introverted.

Influence can be built in a variety of ways. You can attract people with your perspective. Truly attract the very best vibes in your goals, by being authentic. Strive to be original and to think for yourself. There is no better way to build influence in pursuing your goals than by paving new roads.

Build influence by being original. People always remember things that are original. Become original in your life, live the existence your unique universal footprint affords the opportunity to deliver. Those who are original build influence. As you build influence, you will attract opportunities to help you succeed.

Day 56 – Brainstorm

Yesterday’s physical activity makes today an ideal day to brainstorm. The exercise and physical exertion on your body has alleviated tension and stress in your body. The blood vessels are oxygenated, stimulating the neurons in your brain to fire. It’s a perfect time to relax and brainstorm any challenges you have.

Uncover any problems that are preventing the results you desire. Brainstorming is an effect technique to firstly calm the mind to focus on your challenge. Concentration and focus are instrumental for delivering desired results. It takes practice, eventually focused brainstorming will be an activity you will want to do with more frequency as you experience the amazing results.

Brainstorming works wonders to stimulate your subconscious. After your conscious brainstorming activity, you will have sparked numerous brain cells into action. Long after your conscious activity, the subconscious mind will continue to seek solutions while you sleep or are doing other things. Brainstorm consistently to yield the best results.

Day 55- Physical exercise

Time to get physical! When you get a chance today, just perform some physical activity, perhaps a walk or run around the block, some swimming or jumping on the spot. Any exercise is welcome. The goal is to get your heart pumping, excite the blood vessels to rush thru your system and stimulate your brain. Exercise according to how much your schedule permits as little as five minutes or an hour.

After your physical activity, recharge your batteries with a nice hot bath. The steam allows you to relax. Many people experience Eureka moments while in the shower. Something about the calming and soothing effect of water, it allows you mind to deeply relax. Great ideas originate during times of deep relaxation.

If regular exercise is not a usual part of your routine, it’s even more important that you partake. Not exercising on a regular basis makes you prone to stress. When people experience stress, it affects mind and body performance.

Day 54 – Self-belief

Do you really believe you can reach your goals? Be honest with yourself as much as possible, consider whether you truly think you can accomplish any goals in 100 days. Does that seem too short of a time? You may be right, it may be far too short if you don’t possess true self-belief.

When your mind truly believes you can achieve something, then it goes to mind on your behalf. Whether the goals are big or small, you have to really believe it. There’s certainly no fooling your mind, it knows exactly when you are faking it. Your mind knows when you truly believe something.

Observe the world around you, surely you’ve noticed that all kinds of people around the globe are accomplishing goals every single day. Why not you? There’s no way you can believe that all those people are more special than you. If you see evidence of others achieving their goals and living on terms they dictate, that should empower your self-belief to what is possible in our infinite universe. Commit and belief!

Day 53 – Power play

Commit your mind to fighting for your goals, the right actions will follow. Have that dog fight inside you to generate passion. Be the underdog taking on the world. Believe that only you know what you can accomplish from the power inside. To tap into the power inside, you must create it first. Create with passion!

Results come from passion. Opportunities appear through the level of your passion. It sparks the mind to fire on all cylinders bringing ideas to help you achieve goals you desire. The measure of one’s desire is the passion within. It gives you a huge advantage in the marketplace to pursue goals you have true passion for.

Sweat hard for your goals. Put in all the effort in your body because once you get going, it becomes hard to stop. The momentum just builds up, before you know it, you’ve turned into an unstoppable force. So in essence, once you are hitting on all cylinders, things no longer seem as challenging, therefore you reach peak performance and achieve more massive results.

Day 52 – Feeding the fire

So where are you going to get the energy to feed the fire in your belly. First, let’s understand where the energy is certainly not going to come from; if you have any fear, anxiety, stress or other negative forces invading your mind, then the body and spirit will follow suit.

When your mind is fearful or doubtful, it can’t deliver the confidence and peak performance you require. Results will likely disappoint, and for good reason too, your mind wasn’t at its most effective, hence your execution was affected too. When we don’t execute to the best of our capabilities, then our results don’t generally turn out as expected.

Bottom-line is if your goals and dreams really meant the world to you, then you would literally move Heaven and Earth to make them happen. Living a life on terms which you dictate has to mean enough to you to really pour everything that rests inside you into this endeavor.

Feed your fire by listening to brain wave sounds or classical music to influence your brainwave patterns, helping to positively change your mood, decrease stress levels, increase focus and boost your confidence. Gradually, you will find yourself brimming with positive energy becoming more immune to worries and tension - enjoying greater energy and motivation, eroding the emotional baggage that slows you down.

Day 51 – Passion meter

Going into the final 50 days, measure your passion meter compared to when you first started. Are you more passionate than when you first began? Have you developed more burning desire to succeed? Hopefully you have ignited the fire in your belly even stronger. That flame needs to burn strongly. Therefore you need to provide plenty of energy.

Energy sustains passion. Staying passionate and enthusiasm keeps that fire burning strongly. Do you wake up charged ready to pursue your goals for the day? When your subconscious mind interprets that you are passionate about succeeding in your goals, then it will do its best to help you out. It’s your mind’s primary function to make your dreams come true, you just have to command it correctly.

If for any reason you are lacking in passion or burning spirit and desire, then take a step back and re-evaluate. Absence of passion means that you may find it harder to sustain double intensity focus and hope to reach triple intensity for the last stages. The entire challenge was to frame your goals around your passion in order for you to give your all. Take steps to rediscover your burning passion!
