What areas do you need to focus attention on. Do you have any challenges managing certain members of your staff? How is your entire management team and process? Change places and contemplate things from an employee perspective. Are you listening to your staff when they voice concerns or are you just pretending that you are. Do you have an open door policy to show your staff that you care and that you are not only accessible, but reasonable? How do customers see the management of your establishment?
