Stretch Beyond Your Comfort Zone
Pushing yourself to go beyond your comfort zone is a very important aspect of one’s personal improvement. Self-help sources often suggest you may have to do things you have never done before to achieve the success you desire. However, the better course of action would be to take progressive steps every day towards living the life your dreams are made of. After all, if you are going to stretch your mind through dreaming, imagine the possibilities when you stretch it by taking meaningful action. Find a few minutes every day to challenge your mind through action.

Just as athletes challenge their bodies to perform at the optimum level, you too must challenge your mind to allow you to live your life to the fullest. Your mind is there to help you, it wants you to live the rewarding life you desire. However you must be mentally prepared to extend yourself beyond your comfort zone.
